Salmon and Grilled Veggies

Salmon was on my mind for dinner these past few days...soooo,  we had Salmon and Grilled Veggies. Let me say that the salmon was a great hit! My son preferred his salmon raw...since he likes sushi, so no cooked salmon for him. He got steak instead, just as good.

Stuffed Bell Peppers

For dinner I decided to make some Stuffed Bell Peppers, which I have never ever done before. All I can say was...YUM...YUM...YUM!

Blue Cheese Slider Burgers & Skillet Queso Dip

This past Sunday was Super Bowl Sunday...which meant yummy food! We made Blue Cheese Slider Burgers and some Skillet Queso Dip! Yeah, very good stuff!
